Refund policy

All productscome standard with a 7-Day Warranty. The warranty is a set period for all replacements of defects, or exchanges for sizes/type. Subject to the product not being used.

For size/type exchanges, the product must be returned in its original condition to qualify for an exchange, with the customer paying for the return shipping

Lunas will cover shipping costs only in cases where an order was incorrectly fulfilled, or a product has been proven to be defective.
